The Acai Berry and Weight Loss
The majority of slim people feel that overweight people became that way because they eat far too much or lazy or perhaps do not exercise.
Of course this may be true some of the time but it has been found that this is certainly not the case all of the time and many other factors come into play.

Dr Oz made clear on this show that colon cleansing using Acai Berries is actually a powerful way to lose weight and he went on to explain why.
According to him over many years we accumulate fecal matter in our colon that gets trapped and it putrefies causing high levels of toxicity. This matter also asked to extra weight around our middle areas.
These toxins according to Dr Oz, and with which I totally agree based on what I have witnessed in my practice, are not able to be excreted by the body using its normal detoxification routes.
This is why some kind of colon cleanse will be required to clean out this accumulated matter.
The trick after that of course, is to then stay cleansed rather than having to keep undergoing this treatment at intervals.
The best way to do that is by making sure we only eat and drink as much natural, unrefined, simple and organic food as possible and cutting out all the bad stuff.
This will massively impact on the amount and rate of accumulation of toxins in the future and this in turn is protective of our health. Win win in my book.
