I have had experience working at a health and wellness center as well as a alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation center. I am also working in private practice. I have articles published in various magazines such as shape and dischem.

I view people each person as holistic and unique. I devise scientifically sound advice as well as bringing in other holistic approaches such as aromatherapy,herbalism, supplementation, naturopathy baths, flower bach essence, tissue salts, colour therapy, crystal therapy and more.This creates a more holistic and individualized health plan suited to you as an individual.
